Browser?

Yes, a web browser. What kind of web browser should you use?
I guess any of them would be fine. Tho, I would advise that you all stay away from Internet Explorer. It's not a very good browser, for being slow and known to have big security holes that cause spyware and other unwanted crap to sneak onto your computer. So why put up with it?

I would recomend all IE users to use another browser. As a web master of the sorts, it's diffucult to support all web browsers (forget IE6, 2001 tech not welcome now). But just to be much more safer, use:

<- With Firefox, re-discover the web. Safer, faster, and more secure. And Customize!

<- With Safari, get to the point and browse the internet faster. Mac's and now PC's!

<- Google Chrome, Browse fast with no worries of a page crash.

Or for some reason you can't use these other browsers besides Internet Explorer, try Google Chrome Frame for Internet Explorer 6, 7, and 8. View webpages like other standard browsers.

Question: Didn't Microsoft say it's a security threat?

Answer:
Yes (as a scare tactic), however they are dead wrong. The tech behind the plug-in at google is in fact more secure then IE's browsing Engine Trident. Web-kit is aimed at new web technologies that will change the world wide web. A good example of this would be Google Wave. Google is just tired of dealing with a browser that is not-up-to-par with other standard compliant browsers and made this plug-in to deal with it. Instead of Microsoft thanking Google, they complain and use the old scare em tactic.

However, all the same, I always recommend that all browser plug-ins are to stay up-to-date to avoid security issues.

Just so you know, for a better web experence, always update your web browser. And make sure you download all the needed plug-ins from: Adobe.com - Apple.com/quicktime/
